Important Note: All FJL sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any products. This is due to the exclusive nature of our limited releases and special designs.
When Refunds May Apply
The following are the only circumstances under which a refund may be processed:
1. Defective Products
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects:

2. Incorrect Item Shipped

Refund Process

What Is NOT Refundable

- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance
- Shipping costs (unless the error was on our part)
Unauthorized Charges

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you need to cancel an order:

- If processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery
Gift Purchases
